The Perpetual motion machine!?
Finally the laws of physics have been smashed!? Well, theoretically magnets can deft gravity infinitely, and therefore are capable of providing easily tapped power if switched on and off quickly.

Realistically? there could easily be a motor hidden inside the rotating section operated by batteries...
